3. I ordered an item awhile ago and it still has not come in, what is wrong?
Check your order status! If it says shipped check the tracking information. If it says delivered then you will need to contact the shipping provider and see if they know where it was left. Ask your neighbors,room mates, or sometimes front office of your apartment building. If it seems that the item has been stuck in one place for awhile on tracking it usually means that the address was incorrect and could not be delivered and is being returned to sender. If this is the case contact us and we will work with you to try to get it resent to you.
5. How do I enter my initials on the order form?
We ask that you enter them in this order you want it to appear on your item. For example, If my name was Mary Ann Smith I would fill in the box MSA. My monogram would then appear MSA. If you want the item to be done in initial order (all the same size letter) please let us know. Monogramming fonts will automatically have a larger center letter.
6. I received my order and it is wrong, What do I do?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, a picture, and a description of what is wrong with the item. If we have made a mistake we will replace the item free of charge. However, if the mistake was made because you typed the initials incorrectly, chose the wrong size, wrong color etc. than we will not replace the item free of charge. However, we will be more than happy to offer you 25% off of a replacement of the item.
7. Can I rush a personalized item?
Embroidery and Vinyl items can be rushed for an additional $10 which goes towards rushing supplies and possibly having to work over time to complete the item. If you purchase the rush service, your order will ship out in 3 business days, however, how long it takes to arrive will depend on the shipping method you chose. Express means it will take 2 business days plus one day of shipping, while priority may take 2-4 days to ship plus the 3 business day processing time. Please email us to confirm that rushing your item is a possibility before checking out.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes we do! If you are no longer excited about something you purchased we can offer an exchange or refund. You can email us for a return authorization. You have 14 days to request a return authorization. You are responsible for return postage or you can drop back off to our showroom. Once received you will be refunded your order minus any shipping charges. Personalized and special ordered items such as anything monogrammed cannot be returned. SALE ITEMS CAN NEVER BE RETURNED.

Shipping and Tracking InfoAll methods of shipping will provide tracking information. Once the item has left our workspace it is your responsibility to contact the shipper if there are any delays or issues with the shipment of the item. Sorry, but it becomes out of our control. If the item is returned to us because it was not delivered as addressed it is not our monetary responsibility to get it reshipped. We will email you and discuss payment to have the item(s) resent.
