Processing Times:
Monogrammed Items: 7-14 Business Days.
Non- Monogrammed Items: 7-10 Business Days. Sooner if it's an in stock item.
Custom Built Wood Items: 10-14 Business Days.
Sometimes we can accommodate faster just ask!
Monogrammed items:
In most cases monogrammed items can be ready to ship or pickup within 5 business days from when your order is placed. Time frame is subject to change with the amount of work load we have at a given time. Please contact us if you need an item for a specific date.
If you need by a specific day please email or chat us and we can let you know if we can accommodate!
If you feel like your item has taken longer than any of these times then please contact us and we can figure out the status for you. Please note that if you order after 6PM CST then your order will not be considered processing til the next day. And all time frames do not include weekend or holidays.
